Prior to filing a lawsuit, we attempt an amicable recovery with the debtor. However, if we are not able to reach an agreement then we will file suit with our client's approval. We litigate files in all 58 California counties. At all times throughout the process our collectors and attorneys are available to the defendant to reach a settlement agreement. We do not stop once judgment is obtained. Once the court enters judgment, then we will immediately begin post judgment remedies to recover our client's funds. These remedies include filing real property liens, wage garnishment, debtor's exams and bank levies. Each account is handled by an experienced judgment enforcement collector with years of experience in locating and collecting assets on post judgment accounts.
